# TerraFabric

> Agentic-first meta-repository of Earth observation data — free and commercial, from raw sensor data to pre-processed analysis-ready data to finished data products — with pricing, licensing, ordering and C2 tasking. Every entity is described by the TerraFabric Ontology (OWL, aligned with SOSA/SSN, DCAT, PROV-O, GeoSPARQL, ODRL and schema.org).

## Core workflow

1. `search_collections` (GET https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/search?q=radar&max_gsd=1) — ranked collections with facets.
2. `get_collection` (GET https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/collections/{id}?format=jsonld) — specs, licence, access endpoints, offer.
3. `search_items` (GET https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/collections/{id}/items?bbox=w,s,e,n&datetime=a/b).
4. `get_quote` (POST https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/quotes) — $0 for open data; area × rate × licence tier × priority for commercial.
5. `place_order` (POST https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/orders, header `x-agent-id`) — bounded by a spending mandate (POST https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/mandates). Over-mandate orders wait for human approval. Never self-approve.

## C2 (OVERMATCH)

- `assess_coverage` (POST https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/c2/coverage) → ranked options + layered collection plan.
- `submit_tasking` (POST https://terrafabric.world/api/v1/c2/tasking) → tracked tasking; CoT export at /v1/c2/tasking/{id}/cot.
